How to choose a nanny
- Meet in person first and talk — watch how the nanny interacts with your child.
- Ask for contacts of families the nanny has worked with and talk to them.
- Arrange a trial hour while you are at home — it's calmer for both you and your child.
- Ask about experience with children of the same age and first-aid training. Check education, the “Documents” section and reviews — they can only be left via Telegram.
- Don't want to search yourself? Post a request — every nanny in the catalogue gets it, and those who are free will reply.

›Does NomerOk check nannies?
The service confirms phone numbers via Telegram; specialists upload diplomas and certificates to their profile themselves. The service does not check documents or backgrounds, so always meet in person and ask other families for references.
