About
My name is Andrey. I am a civil engineer with 13 years of experience in construction, technical supervision and quality control on large construction projects. I specialize in checking the quality of construction and finishing works, identifying defects, monitoring the compliance of work with project documentation and preparing technical notes. I conduct independent technical inspections of apartments in Batumi before purchase, acceptance from the developer or after renovation. I help identify visible defects, record comments in photographs and draw up a list of questions and defects that need to be discussed with the developer or contractor. My task is to help you better understand the technical condition of the property, make an informed decision and avoid additional costs associated with undetected deficiencies. I work carefully, objectively and based on professional experience. The scope of the inspection and its cost are agreed upon in advance.
